great video but you don't touch on how much sugar per a serving which for me i found to be an issue. use to try put 3-4 scoops of powerade with my 2L bottle during my lifting but the sugar content was too much.
Look it honestly depends on your circumstances but most of the time if your calories are controlled then the sugar doesn’t really matter in which case if you are performing exercise your body will use that as energy anyways, the only exception is if you’re diabetic obviously you have to make sure and control your sugar levels, but that’s a whole other kettle of fish for most people so long as your calorie intake is controlled to some degree. The sugars will actually be benefiting you and there’s actually no such thing as too much sugar unless your diet consists of little protein and extremely high carbohydrate intake. But look most of the time if you’re taking these products you’re gonna be exercising anyway and the reason they put the sugar in there is to provide fuel as well as the product is target more towards people that excessively exercise and sweat in which they lose a lot of their electrolytes and need replenishment and in due case The energy will benefit them For an average person that is working out that suffers from cramps this may be a good option so long as you control your calorie intake the sugar content shouldn’t be much worry as if you’re controlling your calories you’ll be burning off that sugar anyway in the form of energy. Maybe Taste wise could’ve been too sweet that’s all preferential but also just letting you know there is an option called “fasting salts” from nutra align I think they’re called (google it) and basically they provide just basic essential electrolytes, sodium potassium and magnesium in which you can take capsule form or powder form Also be aware that if you do decide to take the fasting salt and powder form it’s quite salty so may be a better option. Hope all this information helps you out! Also I just realised as typing this message as well that during your lifting think of the sugar as carbs which will fuel your actual pump so the leaner you get and the more muscle definition you have then you’ll notice the difference between pumped and no pumped. All in all, just trying to let you know, sugar is not bad for you so long as your calories are controlled 😃🦾
How do you know how much calories i put into a meal?
It really depends on your overall goal, If your trying to cut body fat, you would (through trial and error) 1. Find your maintenance calories then subtract around 500 from there to put yourself in a deficit otherwise add 500 to put yourself in a bit of a surplus doesn’t need to be crazy over as you wanna minimise fat gain and maximise muscle growth 2. From there workout if you prefer more frequent smaller portions or less frequent higher bigger portion sizes of food 3. If you want your calories spread out evenly you would divide your calories by the amount of meals you would have for the day, or you can use my fitness pal or any calorie tracker app to track your calories, and maybe you may prefer to save most of your calories for the evening or have them as your pre workout meal, it’s your diet and whatever suits you and you enjoy though to stay consistent with it through a long period of time Eventually if you do it long enough, it should become a habit and eventually, a lifestyle 🦾 Hope this helps! Also been taking a break from content for a bit to focus on some personal projects, but in the future a lot more content regarding diet nutrition and exercise will be coming soon 🙏🏽😁

I think you should adjust the cups a bit lower on the head strap, because I've been watching a lot of reviews about it and it's not suppose to overlap your ears. I think your cups are just too high for it to function well. They even advertise it on their website that the head strap on the PROs is made to be set above the ears, unlike the normal ones.
Oh yeah, honestly it’s personal preference, your probably right, but yea by playing around with it and seeing what’s comfortable for the individual But yeah I’ve found an adjustment that works well for me and used it for a while now and still works as new! yeah look, it's probably not the best idea and there is some degree of risk when you choose to do overhead exercises with these dumbbells. For the most part they're pretty sturdy and when doing overhead exercises i've had no bad experiences with them. I'd say to be safe probably don't do them but at the same time i think that the chances of something bad occuring while doing overhead exercises are quite slim. Hope that helps!

So in the last few months I went on a holiday to visit some family up in the gold coast and instead of letting myself go for three weeks, I decided to make it count! i Aimed to lose as much bodyfat as possible within the 3 weeks I was there. So in this video you can see the result of 1-2 hours of Cardio a day (a mixture of Treadmill, stairmaster and Bike) and 2 Meals a day. Those Meals Mainly consisting of Breakfast, roughly 6-8 Weetbix, Protein powder and Milk W/ Honey. I'd usually Skip lunch. Dinner being a Salad, Lettuce tomato onion, sometimes adding Fried egg, with a protein source of either Corned Silverside, Blade roast or chicken breast Prepared in the air Fryer. So I thought i'd make a little motivational Edit to hopefully inspire you to make a change, to Trust the process, be patient BUT ALSO CONSISTENT and your hardwork WILL PAY OFF!

Thank you so much for your comment! 🙏🏽 honestly walking 30-60mins a day is a great goal to try and achieve! The more consistent you are at it the better! Which comes down yo your reason why, the motivation behind the action you know? But honestly the best way to lose that belly fat is to be in a calorie deficit, by walking more consistently just increases your body’s energy expenditure, which means if you eat a certain amount of energy, eg 2000Cals a day and you walk for an hour a day and might burn minimum 150Cals (these are just estimates) but then your better off coz you’ve just increased your deficit by 150 So over time period, let’s say a week that 150 adds up to 1,050 Cals from your overall requirement Hope that makes sense!
